Interac e-Transfer is a secure and convenient online money transfer service in Canada. It allows customers to send and receive funds directly from one bank account to another, using the recipient's email address or mobile phone number.

To use Interac e-Transfer for your purchase, follow these simple steps:

1. Log in to your online or mobile banking platform.
2. Navigate to the Interac e-Transfer section.
3. Add Brainfuel as a new recipient using hello@mybrainfuel.ca provided during the checkout process.
4. Enter the exact amount of your order, and choose the account you want to send the funds from.
5. Set the security question to the word Country and the answer to Canada.
6. Please add in the comments section your order number.
7. Confirm the details and send the e-Transfer. We will notify you once we have received and accepted your payment.

 Interac e-Transfer payments are typically processed within 30 minutes. However, in some cases, it may take up to a few hours for the transfer to complete. We will confirm the receipt of your payment via email and proceed with processing your order once the payment has been accepted.

With your initial order, a $15 shipping fee will apply, which covers the cost of a glass jar containing 50 capsules. For all subsequent orders, shipping will be complimentary, and you'll receive a refill pack to replenish your jar.
